This 50 m² ground-floor apartment is a 5-minute walk from the village centre and 1 minute from the shuttle that goes to the Roc d'Enfer resort. You will find: a newly equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a 'ski room' to store your gear when you return from the slopes or a hike. A terrace and a small flower garden are a real plus for summer and winter stays.

Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
