In the heart of the Ariége mountains, 15 minutes from Roquefixade Castle, for all your favorite activities: Hiking, Visits to Cathar Castles, Skiing (Resort 35 minutes away) rafting also lakes in the region (Montbel, Puivert, Mercus-Garrabet), as well as good Ariège cuisine. We are close to Lavelanet, Montségur Foix, Mirepoix and Pamiers

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

Our very spacious house ( classified 3* ) is located in a small village at the foot of the mountains, 18 km from the resort of Monts d 'Olmes and 7 minutes from the castle of Montségur. The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room (100 m2) and on the floor of a large bedroom with bathroom + dressing room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the small garden and park your vehicles there.

Discover our warm home at the foot of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises. The enclosed and wooded garden, as well as the sunny terrace offer a pleasant and tranquil setting, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Many sports and cultural activities are accessible nearby, including a greenway just a few meters away. It's also less than 5 minutes away from all amenities.
