Gîte rural composé de 2 chambres (lit en 140 + 2 lits superposés + lit "bébé"), un salon équipé d'un canapé convertible en lit (couchage 2 personnes), d'une cheminée (bois fourni sans supplément), télévision et lecteur-DVD, d'une cuisine aménagée avec Lave-vaisselle, four à micro-ondes, grille pain...Lave-linge dans salle de bain... Possibilité pour les enfants de participer au "repas" des lapins et poules ! Venez profiter du calme et du soleil au cœur du Parc Naturel des Monts d'Ardèche, dans un lieu agréablement aménagé ! Services (Poste, médecins..), commerces (grande surface, petits commerces...) à 10 mm en voiture. Activités sportives et touristiques à proximité : randonnée, - équitation, - VTT - canoé-kayak, - parc aventure (sur rivière) - base nautique "Eyrium" - Train à vapeur "Le mastou" et Vélo-rail... A environ 1h30 de route : La Caverne du Pont d'Arc, inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. Le Mont Gerbier de Joncs ; source du fleuve " La Loire ", Le lac d'Issarlès ; baignade dans le cratère d'un ancien volcan !... A bientôt en Ardèche ! Pour toutes types de demandes, je serai présent pour vous conseiller et vous guider durant votre séjour ! Le logement est situé à proximité de mon habitation, sans vis à vis. Il est situé en pleine campagne, à proximité d'un ruisseau et de la forêt toute proche. Jeu de boules, espace herbé, barbecue....réservés aux locataires
