Profitez d'une vue agréable sur un jardin luxuriant, entouré de palmiers, d'un bananier et de vignes. Cet endroit est idéal pour des vacances mémorables ou pour se ressourcer après une journée de travail.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. You will find a shower (with organic shower gel/shampoo provided, OPTIONAL TOWELS), a kitchenette (with stove, kettle, sink + basic condiments: sugar, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, etc.), a double bed (with sheets provided), storage and dry toilet (outside). The furnished and flowered terrace will allow you to have lunch and breakfast in the shade of a lime tree.
