This 2-story apartment, a former medical office, has been newly renovated and offers a stay for a romantic getaway or a moment of family relaxation with the 4-seater Jacuzzi. Downstairs, a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa, TV and dining area gives access to a small bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (new bedding). Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 king size bed (new bedding), a 4-seater jacuzzi and a bathroom. Bed linen and bath towels included.

This is a 2-room independent apartment in my family home, quiet and yet in the heart of the city, a 5-minute walk to the famous Hospices and other cultural curiosities as well as next to a multitude of restaurants and the largest square in the city where you can park your car for free, which will be safe by video surveillance.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

Lai p'tiote niaupe

Accommodation (42 m2) renovated and fully insulated, in a quiet village house with a small adjoining plot. Parking is possible on the grounds, not enclosed, or along Rue Gueneau, which is not very busy. We do not allow pets. Access to the accommodation by two steps and exit at the back on the land by two steps as well. Village of 135 inhabitants; shops in Epoisses or Rouvray (8 km)
