Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

This cottage has been recently refurbished in a loft style. It is located in the park of the Manoir de Pontallery in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. There you can enjoy the calm, the view of the Normandy bocage and walks in the heart of the Vie Valley. Come and discover the making of Norman cheeses and cider in Livarot. It is also the land of the horse with many stud farms. The Côte Fleurie with Deauville, Cabourg, Honfleur is 40 minutes away as well as the landing beaches.
