The home overlooks a shaded square with a table and benches. 30 minutes from the PAL amusement park/zoo, 30 minutes from Vichy and 30 minutes from Moulins. The go-kart track is less than 10 minutes away. Right next to the Val d'Allier, a Natura 2000 area, and the Nationale 7. Possibility to park a very large vehicle in front of the house.
