Convenient to the beauty and attractions of the mid-coast. Camden, Boothbay and Rockland are a short drive. Watch eagles, seals, and an abundance of wildlife, as lobster and sailboats ply the waters to the harbor entrance.

You will love The Grateful Goose Cottage within walking distance to the lighthouse, The Port Clyde General Store, Port Clyde Fresh Catch, Squid Ink Coffee, The Dip Net Restaurant, The Village Ice Cream Shop, and The Black Harpoon Restaurant. Inside the cottage, you will love the brand new beds with comfy mattresses and bedding, the sun drenched living room with huge windows and big comfy couch, having coffee at the picnic table on the deck, and laying in the hammock reading your favorite book!

The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Saint George Peninsula Retreat

The apartment is located down a Scenic Peninsula in Mid Coast Maine. It is situated above a two car garage that is newly constructed with all new furnishings and appliances. Guests are able to park in a paved area perpendicular to the driveway. Only able to park one car on the premises. Additional cars can park across the street.

"Between the Woods and the Water" is located half way from Port Clyde to Tenants Harbor, Maine. These two lobster fishing villages, on the St. George peninsula of Maine, feature a town beach, Marshall Point Light House, and quick access to the ferry to Monhegan Island.
