Ultra privileged location, between the vineyards of Mâconnais & Chalonnais, on the routes of the "Route des vins de Bourgogne", the circuit of Romanesque churches, marked hiking trails & the renowned GTM mountain bike trail

L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Relax in this quiet and unique house located in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+ dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.

Direct access to the Green Way ( Mâcon/Chalon), the Mobigo line ( Mâcon/Chalon), and close to Taizé, Cluny, Chapaize,Tournus...located on the wine route.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the heart of the village of Sercy, close to the castle, small comfortable house with a beautiful outdoor space. A living room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and a sofa bed, a terrace, a fenced garden, a storage area for bicycles and riding equipment, a foosball table, an exercise bike and possibility of massage on site by appointment. 1 small well-behaved dog accepted. Settle in, relax, take a walk.

The house is in a very touristy area: Castles, medieval villages, caves, wine route... Hiking and mountain biking. This house is the representation of Us – my partner and I – "warmth, comfort, cocooning, artistic, colorful, atypical, serenity and Love"
