Close to shops, municipal swimming pool, rivers, kayaking, canyoning, climbing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, mushroom foraging, skiing, via ferrata... Plenty of villages to visit. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, etc.). A bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed + baby cot (baby kit). Living room area with sofa bed 140 x 190. Only in summer, an outbuilding (room+W.C/sdb) will allow possible isolation for couple.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
