we had a wonderful 3 month stay at Annick's place. Annick is a welcoming, caring, and caring host that everything goes well for us. The bungalow is in a quiet and secure subdivision where you can feel good and close to walking to all shops, the golf course and the Marina. The beautiful light grape beach is 5min drive away. Plenty of things to do and things to visit nearby. the accommodation is clean, quiet and well-equipped. We recommend this cocoon where you will have a great stay. A big thank you to Annick and we'll be back with pleasure.

Very good communication with Denis for this very nice apartment that is as described. Noise disturbances are related to the environment of the marina but it was predictable given the location. No complaints, I would recommend it.
