We were here in unfortunate circumstances due to a family funeral, but I would say to you, book this property, don't think twice. A well equipped lovely eclectic house, plenty of space, all on one floor which makes things easier to watch the children. A fantastic garden for which is gated so you can safely let children play in it, and the parking is off street. Super quiet and very close to the motorway and shops. A perfect stay!!

Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. Frame/decor: ++ Cleanliness: ++ Amenities: ++ Bedding: + Notas: - Slightly noisy heat pump for one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor (winter) - Long fixed bench for one side of the long living room table: for agile guests. The other side of the table has chairs.

We had a great weekend in Bruno and Laurence's beautiful home. We were wonderfully welcomed by our hosts who were always available and very responsive. In addition, we were able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the shaded terrace, as well as the fruits and vegetables to be enjoyed directly on site. Our dog also really enjoyed the place. We'll definitely be back.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted with the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

We had a great weekend. The listing matched the listing in every way. It is well suited for family reunions. Everything is done so that young and old can enjoy the stay and keep busy (ping pong tables, foosball, board games, books...) Despite the mixed weather, some were able to enjoy the pool. Very pleasant weekend at Alexandre's farm. The place is very refreshing. Small point of improvement: equip the kitchen a little more to facilitate the preparation of good dishes (no salad spinner, no whisk, no pie dish, etc.).

My mum and I were just passing through the area, but we regret not being able to stay longer! The accommodation is spacious with a lot of character. The host was very friendly and responsive, we will come back with great pleasure to enjoy it a little more 👌

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

We truly enjoyed staying in this cosy cottage. It is quiet (except for bird concerts), homy and is very thoughtfully and uniquely furnished. On top of that, Hubert made us feel very welcome and gave us great tips for the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hideout in the remote French countryside!

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the banks of the Serein, this duplex apartment is full of charm, thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. We'd be happy to do it again for a future stop in Chablis!

We had an amazing stay at Sonia's place. The house is much more beautiful than the photos on airbnb do it justice. It is also located super centrally in auxerre, many nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. She gave us a warm welcome and gave us numerous recommendations for good restaurants, wine houses and things to do, all of which were stellar.
