Very nice apartment, comfortable and bright, on the first floor of our house with independent entrance. Ideally located in Saint-Félix, between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, perfect location to enjoy the lakes, mountains and countryside. Etangs de Crosagny a stone's throw away, departure of beautiful walks or bike rides from the accommodation. Shops in the village 800 m away: bakery, butcher, supermarket and various restaurants as well as a doctor's office and a pharmacy.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.
