Ideally located in Saint-Félix, between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, perfect location to enjoy the lakes, mountains and countryside. Etangs de Crosagny a stone's throw away, departure of beautiful walks or bike rides from the accommodation. Shops in the village 800 m away: bakery, butcher, supermarket and various restaurants as well as a doctor's office and a pharmacy.

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.
