This spacious barn, tastefully renovated, will enchant you with its location in the heart of nature, in a preserved setting. The 28 m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream below. No TV here, but books. Every detail has been carefully thought out, everything has been carefully selected. This 112 m² accommodation, fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where time is suspended. Not overlooked.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Vacation home located in the South of Cantal in the heart of the chestnut grove, 1 km from the village of Boisset with its municipal swimming pool, local shops. The house (air-conditioned) has an equipped kitchen in a living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, terraces, and a bathroom. Nearby Maurs, Figeac, Tolerme & St-Etienne Cantalès lakes, Conques & Salers, Rocamadour, the Cantal mountains… Unfenced land, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchair. On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom: 1 bed 160 X 200, 1 bedroom 1 bed 90, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 beds. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 6.

8 km from Conques, one of the jewels of the Way of St Jacques de Compostela, La Roquette is near the village of Grand Vabre on the banks of the Lot. Guests can enjoy a barn completely renovated in natural materials, with kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, and new generation dry toilet! Perfect for guests seeking calm in the heart of nature. The Lot River is accessible from our garden for a swim with a floating pontoon for sunbathing.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the heart of a responsible and resilient organic farm, you can benefit from the direct sale of vegetables from the gardens, sourdough bread baked in a wood oven by Pauline on Friday and Saturday mornings and observe the horses roaming the paddocks.
