It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Beautiful stone house with private pool in the heart of nature. Terraces, unobstructed garden, barbecue and pétanque court are at your disposal to spend pleasant moments for families or with friends. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms and large common area open to the kitchen. Close to the Ardèche gorges and many of the tourist sites. Various hiking trails are from the house. I'll be there throughout your stay if you need anything.

Located in a very small Ardèche village (18 km from Aubenas), far from the tourist frenzy, our house (La Grangette) is an old barn restored with great care by Dominique. He put all his know-how as a stonemason into the development of this little nest for nature lovers. The house includes a large 40 m2 living room, a 25 m2 bedroom with shower room included and dry toilets. Guests can take advantage of the shaded terrace and barbecue.
