Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea located on the dike of Le Portel, on a lively street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Only small pets are allowed. Thank you 😄

Comfortable house of 50m2 for 4 people with terrace and small garden. It is composed of 2 bedrooms upstairs : - a closed bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe - an open bedroom with 2 single beds. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and open to the living room, sofa, bathroom and separate toilet. Equipment: stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV,garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and barbecue. Bed linen is provided as well as the bathroom mat.

Small house of about 35 m2, close to the city centre, the beach and hiking, Golf des Pins, and also Golf des Dunes, and the equestrian centre. Fully renovated house!! A garage is at your disposal, as well as 2 bikes, anti-theft, and tools for adjustments, and a pump, if ever, you need it. And recently, we have made a Tandem available to tenants.
