The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa (external stairs) with free parking 6 km from Perpignan and 15 km from Canet in a residential area. 200 m from a bus stop and a supermarket. Buses serve Perpignan, Canet Plage, Argeles-sur-Mer, etc. The water in the jacuzzi is changed after each guest, so it is best to let us know in advance if you intend to use it in winter. It takes 36 hours to heat up.

My apartment is located in a very quiet residence. It is ideally well-equipped and very comfortable. The bedding is new, as well as the furniture. It has a large terrace of 20 m2 with an unimpeded view of the "Les Alberes" mountains. There is reversible air conditioning for hot weather and cold winter. Guests can relax in front of a large TV and on a comfortable sofa. Guests can park their car in its private parking lot just downstairs from the building.
