The flat is located on the last floor of a small building in Bellepierre (without elevator), a quiet and central neighborhood. It is a duplex with living-room, terrasse, a room with two single beds and a toilet on the first floor, a room with double-bed and dressing, bathroom with jacuzzi and italian shower on the second floor. The living-room is equipped with a double convertible sofa with sea view. The two rooms and the living-room have air-conditioning.
