In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have a lovely dog in the garden. There is an extra charge of €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

This F2-type accommodation is located on the first floor of my house, in a quiet area, close to shops and highways connecting St Denis in 20 minutes, St Paul in 10 minutes and the lagoon of St Gilles in 20 minutes. It consists of a bright bedroom overlooking a balcony, a separate and fully equipped private kitchen and a bathroom with double sink and private toilet. The Rosthon Park health course is a 2-minute walk away and the access to the hiking trails is nearby.

Guests can take advantage of their own veranda and shared spaces: the beautifully wooded garden, the heated pool, the hammock and the deckchairs at your disposal. (Shared spaces such as the pool are accessible to tenants only).
