The house was built in 2009 and with 2 units, this listing is for the upstairs unit. Each bedroom has its own balcony access to the sea. It is 5 miles to any beach and easy access to our pool. We travel for work and rent while traveling. As a note, we only rent up to 2 weeks a month. Discounts apply to any Military/Govt (CAC/PIV/PX cards ok). Check in/out is flexible! Carbon Monoxide detect, yes! Kids but, NO running in the house.
