The location is ideal for exploring historic, character-filled villages like Verteuil-sur-Charente. Scenic country walks and cycling routes begin right at your doorstep.

Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. Une grande pergola bioclimatique, un jardin clos ainsi qu’un garage dispo. Tout pour le plaisir et la sécurité.
