In the heart of a picturesque village, with its castle and lake, 10 minutes from Eymet, 30 kms from Bergerac and Issigeac. Large, quiet house benefiting from an enclosed garden and patios, with outdoor landscaping and views of a dovecote. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, 2 living rooms with direct access to the garden, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a separate bathroom and a work area.
