Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

"Pied à terre" for lovers to green Ardèche

Everything is done for your independence and well-being. After enjoying your day on the the Via Fluvia or Via Rhôna way, the "safari of Peaugres", in the ballooning and after a hard day of work. Take time and relax with a shower, dining area and patio. You can finally sleep in a king size bed while enjoying the beautiful cool nights of the green Ardèche. Your first morning coffee or tea will be offered.

Gîte le Mignonet - Annonay

I welcome you to an accommodation with all amenities. A small kitchenette with microwave, oven, gas hob. A living room with a sofa bed, 140 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a bathroom with shower. I have an extra 80 bed in the bedroom. So cottage with 5 beds but beware of the space which is still small. The maximum number of people to be comfortable is 3.

The Ardèche Cabanon

An outbuilding a few meters away from the main house, which has become a peaceful place to live. Guests will appreciate its fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room and its exterior. Close to the Peaugres Safari Park, the cabin will allow you to discover the Ardeche Verte, our region near Lyon, rich in its past and nature.
