Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village centre and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We rented Pierre's house to accommodate our guests during our wedding in Cabris. The location was ideal and communication with the host made the stay very enjoyable. Thanks again for hosting our guests so well, they loved their stay!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Perfect stay. The listing is true to photos and description. The bedding is on top. The location of the house is close to major cities. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host is friendly and responsive. Our stay was spotless to recommend.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We were on vacation for 1.5 weeks. Michel was very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were home and never had any issues and. The room and pool were very clean and tidy. For the rest, you can also have a nice time with the sweet pets that only bring pleasure. Every time we had questions about the area or the house, michel was immediately ready to help us. This is an ideal destination for a fun vacation!👍

very nice house at the end of June and its 36°C outside. you feel very comfortable and everything is designed to welcome guests. to recommend without hesitation for 6 people. ARTHUR was very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday in the very beautiful cottage. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and was sparkling clean. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice and modern - equipped with all desirable accessories. There are two air conditioners that work great. We felt very comfortable. This great accommodation is idyllically located in the middle of nature. Pascal and Aurélie are extremely courteous, helpful and extremely friendly hosts. We were very warmly welcomed, received very good tips for restaurants in the nearby area and for all questions we received good information very promptly. We will be happy to come back. It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!
