You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

This non-smoking apartment has a kitchen open to a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower + bathtub). Everything is decorated in a contemporary and designer way. Entirely hand-built by Jean-François, passionate about old stones and traditional architecture, this attic is actually the apartment-workshop that Julie, textile designer, invests in from time to time. She invites you to enter her personal, warm and artistic world full of colors and inspirations. Claudine will be happy to welcome you!

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

The attic

In the middle of nature, spend a stay in a 16th century tower. It was once a dovecote, an attribute of the seigneuries in the east of France. You will be in the estate of Château de Roncourt and can enjoy its park of nearly 2 hectares. The tower has been fully converted into a home on 4 levels. In the shade of a cognassier, a small private terrace in front of the tower will allow you to enjoy the birdsong.

Bright apartment in Chaumont

Enjoy a beautiful 85 m2 apartment a 5-minute walk from the city center. Free covered private parking will allow you to park easily. This accommodation consists of a bright living room equipped with a TV and a sofa bed. The adjoining kitchen offers all the necessary amenities. A first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Baby equipment is available.
