The house is ideally located by the ocean, 3 minutes from the city center and the national road. The coastal path runs along the house and invites you to beautiful walks. Swimming is prohibited on the east coast but less than 15 minutes away you will have access to the beautiful waterfalls and pools of the east. You will be less than 30 minutes from the airport, the Cirque de Salazie and the hiking trails of the nature reserves. The garden under construction is enclosed. You can park your car there.

Entre tradition et modernité, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, idéal point de départ pour découvrir l'authenticité de l'Est de La Réunion (St benoit, Salazie, Ste Suzanne).
