It is part of the Lacour family estate, which comprises several uniquely designed suites and apartments around a tropical garden, as well as Sibarth’s headquarters—meaning our concierge team is right there to assist with practical matters or unforgettable surprises all over St. Barth.

The Alizé apartment is located in the heart of Gustavia, in the prestigious BEAULIEU residence, where you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor. Elegantly furnished, you'll feel right at home. The town center, restaurants, bars and stores are all within walking distance, as is the famous Shell Beach. During your stay, a housekeeping service will be provided every 2 days. The residence has its own private parking lot with 2 reserved spaces.

ETOILE DU NORD is located opposite Plage des Flamands , from which you can enjoy the exceptional views from every corner of the villa modern, functional, it is ideal for a couple or family with large children who will enjoy the independence of the second bedroom located on the lower level. You just have to cross the road to get to the beach, either for a morning swim in the rising sun, a day of relaxation, or an evening stroll along the bay .
