Pascal's place is a real paradise. This house is oriented towards the outside and perfectly meets our expectations. Even more beautiful than in photos. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the start, I can only highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

Casa Mia was the perfect Villa for our stay in St Barts. We've been to the island many times and were so happy during our stay at Casa Mia. The kitchen was perfect, we enjoyed many meals out on the terrace...the kids enjoyed watching Netlix on the large tv at night, the location was great and close to town if we needed to run to Monoprix or the pharmacy. The furnishings were new and elegant. We would most definitely return!

Perfect spot to spend the week. House was beautiful, heated pool was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house has a lot of privacy a bit higher up. It is very quiet on a dead end street. It is very close to Gustavia (8 minute drive), plage de Corossol, de Flamand or de Colombier. The house manager Sebastien, was extremely nice and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Cottage Ginger was the perfect place for a couple. It was romantic and private, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The closet was extremely luxurious for the size. The kitchen was fresh and well laid out. Marie Elaine was communicative and helpful in every way. We look forward to coming back!

We had the most amazing stay at Julie’s home. The photos really don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person, so thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful tropical garden and mountain backdrop. It’s perfect indoor-outdoor living! The house is so well equipped; we had everything we needed, and our daughter had the most magical time. She had everything she could have asked for and more. Julie was the perfect host—always going above and beyond to help us and give us advice. From the moment we booked, she sprang into action, lining up fantastic restaurant reservations immediately and giving us endless recommendations for car rentals, sailing charters, and everything else we needed. We would give this property 10 stars if we could. We miss is so much already and can’t wait to go back.

Hello Cecilia, A quick review of our stay at Villa Jad. We had a great time, it had everything we needed like in a 5* hotel. The cleaning lady coming in the middle of the stay is a plus and if you give access to the washing machine, that's great. We highly recommend the Airbnb! Thank you for your help during the stay. The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

Isabelle's villa was beautiful and well-appointed. The location was perfect and walkable to the beach, restauarants, and shops.

We absolutely loved our stay. The details really stood out here and made our stay exceptional. Wonderful linens and everything was so comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was lovely and a nice place for a quick dip in the evening. The location of this place was ideal for us and was close to everything and peaceful. The view was wonderful for relaxing out in the porch!

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre’s Airbnb. The room and bathroom were spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere . The property boasts breathtaking views over the lagoon, best enjoyed from the pool and sunbathing area— which are even more beautiful than in the photos. The rental is connected to the main house, so we could occasionally hear conversations from the next room, but this was minimal and didn’t bother us, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. Pierre and his family were wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and always respectful of our privacy. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Let me start by saying my husband & I made these reservations with only 3-4 days notice as he was awaiting his Italian passport arrival while stuck in Italy for over 8 weeks. So this vacation was long-awaited and critical for both of our sanity and our need/desire to finally fly internationally together to celebrate our 5th anniversary. I’ve been to St. Barths several times before, but I think before internet and possibly ATMs? With all of that in mind, Sebastien met us as we disembarked in SBH, helped us through the AVIS process (Smart Car EV convertible which was perfect!), and straight up to Pierre’s beautiful 2BR 2 bath house with pool and, of course, spectacular views in Colombier. Really comfortable beds and comforters, SPOTLESS (TY Rosario who’s unobtrusive) Apple TV (if desired), heated pool, beautiful deck with outdoor table/views, large bathrooms…hate to stereotype ourselves, but EVERYTHING a gay couple could want and more! The 2nd BR will be with friends next time.

Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

Lovely home. High end accommodations and kitchen dishes. Coffee maker/frother touchy. Hosts very helpful and kind . Perfect location for town and beach. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Beautiful views right outside the door; high point overlooking Petit Cul-de-Sac. Cute and cozy lodging, and a short walk to Barthelemy resort if you are okay with the uphill!

Ashley and Kristina are the best host, they picked me up from the airport and gave me a ride when leaving. They are extremely friendly and easy going. The place is perfect, clean, and conventient. Will definitely stay at this place next time.

We loved our villa at Point Milou. The location was perfect, one of our favorite sides of the island. I loved that all three rooms were pretty much equal in size and decor so no one couple felt shorted. The villa was exactly as described and we felt we had everything we needed. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have hairdryers and the host promptly picked some new ones up and delivered them within hours which I thought was very nice. The only issues we had are issue you would find in most villas due to the island being small- electricity and plumbing are still island quantity and quality. We had cleaning service every day except Sunday which was great. Just make sure you bring bugspray. There were a lot of mosquitos and gnats and the main community space does not have air conditioning and so you leave the doors open allowing many of them to fly into the common space.

A wonderful stay in Pointe Milou. Lovely pool and comfortable outdoor dining. Loved that there was a screen on the master bedroom door to the outside.

The house was super spacious and very private. We were a bit hesitant because there wasn't a view, but to have a big yard, open concept indoor/outdoor living and a big pool, we were very happy and it was very close to our favorite restaurant in St. Barts. Tamirin. It was a very nice stay and this truly is an AirBnB int hat a family does live here. It is not a full time vacatin rental, so the quality of construction really shows that care was put into the building. Our only hesitation in recommending this AirBnB is that there is construction on housing across the street, but they are building really fast, so there shouldn't be any noise after construction is completed.
