Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Avertin

This apartment is close to everything, i.e., restaurants, shopping, bakery, food store, etc. Finding parking was easy, and inexpensive. The balcony is a nice addition. Bela was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Melanie and Jérémie's apartment is ideally located, in the centre of Tours, 200 m from the old town and Place Plumereau. It is very functional, very clean with 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms. This accommodation has a superb terrace overlooking the city's rooftops. Melanie and Jérémie are available and ready to listen. We recommend their apartment without any reservations.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was clean and well situated. Maxime was very attentive with any questions and communicated brilliantly - he mentioned we would be met at the property by Chantal who showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. Florian's accommodation is very nice, the rooms are really spacious and the bathroom too. The kitchen is well equipped, you feel at home. The accommodation is 10 minutes' drive from Tours train station and the area is very peaceful, with lots of greenery. Communication was very responsive with Florian and we thank him for his hospitality. I recommend it!

The place is quiet and beautiful right in the heart of Villandry. The Chateau, river are all also at walking distance. It is perfect for two people to stay.

Lucie was kind and hospitable! The apartment itself is centrally located and easy to find. It was clean and very spacious. It overlooks a small square with a few restaurants right below, but it was quiet and peaceful at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent stay! Detailed and complete explanations to enter the accommodation independently, so easy. Very well located in the historic and lively centre of Tours, this accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and pleasant to live in. Bastien is an attentive and very available host. Finally, the Napoleon car park (free) nearby allows you to park without difficulty (I have always found a place).

I was very well received by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has a separate entrance from that of the house. It feels like coming home. The accommodation is very clean, very well located and nothing is missing. The place is quiet and relaxing. I am really happy with my stay and I will be happy to come back.
