Good quality mattresses on both beds (Tempurpedic in master and Sealy pillow-top in the other). Driveway parks up to two cars. Great ranch styled bungalow; completely remodeled in a well established neighborhood. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is close to downtown, the beaches, and the ampitheatre and just a block off the Matanzas River. In between sightseeing and the beach, take walks along the river or relax on the large serene back porch. Fenced back yard, washer and dryer on premises, a fully outfitted kitchen and a dedicated office makes this a great place to stay a little longer and get to know our town.

Perfect cozy bungalow for a stay in the nations oldest city. Huge bedroom with a new king bed. Living room with a sleeper sofa and TV. Coffee station, french press, microwave, and mini fridge. Full of artwork. Paintings and a sculpture. Huge stone tiled shower. Located off Anastasia Blvd with great restaurants, coffee shop, pubs and fun for the kids! Located 1 mile the the Anastasia beach state park and then a little over a mile to the beach!! Does not have a kitchen. Walk to Alligator Farm!

Relaxing heated pool home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our home is clean and spacious located a few steps from the Intracoastal Waterway equipped with a boat launch. We are 10-mins from Old Town or the beach and less than 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Experience our lovely saltwater pool enclosed in a lanai. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, and a open family room. Each bedroom has brand new beds. Fast WIFI. Boat/Trailer/RV Friendly :-)

Beach bikes included, perfect for bike rides along the beach. Private entrance off of porch, which includes chairs to relax in, beach toys, towels, chairs. *yes, we are pet friendly, however, ONE PET PER STAY WITH APPROVAL *also, we cannot split weekends, so please book accordingly, fridays and Saturdays booked together
