You will be in the heart of Châteaubourg with walking distance to shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...) and 5 minutes' walk to the train station. All you have to do is drop off your bags!

At the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Rennes, "La Licorne" is a pretty 40 m2 house, a fully equipped 25 m2 living room-kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the bedroom: 1 double bed followed by the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room. Quasi-family cul-de-sac, quiet, south-facing on a courtyard (right of way) with small garden furniture. Quick temporary access possible by car during the day, free parking nearby. Arrival 3pm/7pm.

With a surface area of 68 m2, with: - On the ground floor: a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen The property has a pellet stove that we manage remotely. - Upstairs: separate toilet, shower room, 2 bedrooms: one 13 m2 with 2 single 90 beds that can be joined as a double bed. and the other 17 m2 with 1 bed 140 + 2 single beds 90. - Outside: 15 m2 terrace. No smoking.

Studio in a house

The newly renovated studio has its own entrance and you will be totally independent from the rest of the house thanks to its bathroom and small fitted kitchen. We live on a farm, so you'll have views of the chickens and the cow meadow. The grounds are not fenced but your doggie is welcome! We have a dog and a cat ourselves. Provided: sheets, towels, shower products, tea/coffee, butter Just pack bread for your breakfast☺️

Furnished by us, you have a sleeping area (1 double bed + possibility of adding an extra mattress or baby bed on request), a kitchen area, a living room, a shower-wc room) + a small terrace, facing south. 5-minute walk to shops and 10 minutes to SNCF train station.

The studio was renovated in May 2024 and is at the guest's disposal. A sofa bed is in the main room but for the comfort of guests it is a real double mattress, so it is not usable as a sofa. There is a single bed in the bedroom. The kitchen consists of an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge. Fully equipped with dishes and utensils Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Détendez-vous dans ce logement cozzy et calme de 30m2 avec une mezzanine à l'étage, situé dans une petite cité de caractère. A 4 minutes du centre ville et du château, ainsi que de la zone commerciale. Il n'y a pas de frais de ménage, mais nous comptons sur votre bienveillance pour rendre le logement tel qu'il vous a été dédié, propre et rangé. Attention pour information l'escalier est assez pentu.
