Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Paddock cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached bungalow set in the owner's 3 acre grounds, with views over the rolling countryside. Set all on the ground floor, the spacious living/dining room features a cosy electric fire and a large Smart TV with Netflix.
