The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

The Growing Green House

Old farmhouse from the late 19th century, completely renovated (215 m2), in a large garden of 3 ha, 60 km east of Bordeaux and 1.5 km from the bastide of Monségur. 4 bedrooms (1 master suite with 180 bed, 2 with 160 bed, 1 dormitory room of 30 m2 with 6 single adult beds), 3 bathrooms, 1 TV, ping pong, parking. Large living room ideal for meals with family or friends. You will be in a peaceful place, surrounded by nature, ideal to unwind.
