Apartment over the garage with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. Beautiful wooded area with private driveway, patio, swimming pool, large oak trees, vegetable garden, and chickens. Great place to stay while visiting Lexington and the Lake Murray area. We are 15 miles from downtown Columbia and 2 miles from beautiful Lake Murray. The gap in our guest reviews is due to a long term renter we had for 5 years. Our goal is to provide our guest with a clean, affordable, and peaceful stay

Just across the Gervais street bridge less that two blocks to the river front park sits my bungalow. In a safe, quiet, convenient neighborhood. its very charming and welcoming. hundred year old home with all the modern conveniences and luxuries. I live here when not traveling. So you will find it to be above average in quality of furnishing and a full kitchen with everything you need..

No need to pay high docking fees. Gorgeous sunsets, calm cove. Swim in the lake or relax by the pool. The massive deck is great for family fun or unforgettable events with your friends. Close to Liberty’s /Lake Murray marina on the lake, and Cat Fish Johnnys/rusty anchor marina. Not your typical Lake Murray Airbnb!
