We were a party of 4 and had a great vacation in the apartment. It is placed in the very center of Troyes with all attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Parking very easy (and cheap) close to the apartment. All is new and the beds very comfortable. A little noise from the street is to be expected due to the location. Host very responsive and instructions are easy to use. We will for sure use the apartment again when visiting Troyes.

Very good stay at the apartment; it was very functional, cozy and very clean! Rodolphe was attentive, the communication was very fluid, which made our arrival very pleasant (Rodolphe had explained everything to us in advance). We highly recommend it!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the best area of the city, close to many cafes, restaurants and bars. It is very comfortable and well equipped, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very quiet. Although there were quite a few steps to get to the apartment on the third level, it was well worth the effort, particularly as one of the most attractive features is a large terrace with an interesting view over the roofs of adjoining properties, and which was ideal in the warm weather we experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful apartment.

The accommodation is very well laid out, clean and spacious. The apartment itself is of high standard, warm, welcoming and very well equipped. BUT... I regretted that the accommodation is on the first floor of a building overlooking 2 very busy coffee terraces until 2 a.m. and therefore very, very noisy (audible even with windows closed) in summer, it must be hell. I love my peace and quiet after a good day's work, but it was ruined :-( This fact is indicated in the listing, but watered down... the "hustle and bustle" mentioned in the listing is well below my lived reality "a noise disturbing my peace" and it was a Sunday, a Monday and a Tuesday... So I dare not imagine what Friday and Saturday night are like... Fortunately, the room is set back and well insulated from noise, which allows you to sleep well regardless of the time of bed. Otherwise, if the noise doesn't bother guests, the apartment is GREAT and the location is central!

The accommodation offered by Guillaume is great, it is clean and tidy. The bedding is of good quality, which is always appreciated. The apartment is spacious and close to the first shops and restaurants. Location is a real plus! I would recommned this property

We had a great relaxing stay at Sebastien's. Very well located, between the city centre and the factory shops, enough to satisfy everyone.

Passing through Troyes, we stayed one night with Élise and Fred. Very responsive hosts! We were able to book for the same evening. The suite is beautiful and cosy for a magical night for two. Quiet place, close to the city centre of Troyes. Thanks again to Élise and Fred for their availability and kindness.

Very nice, spacious accommodation in a good location

Perfectly located accommodation, in the historic city centre. However, the environment is very quiet. The decor, the amenities, the apartment itself: everything is perfectly in line with the listing, lots of charm. A more than pleasant stay in a peaceful haven. Congratulations to Damien and thank you to him for this gem and for the fluid and friendly exchanges.

Great time spent as a couple to disconnect in this accommodation that we loved. Malika and Kamal were great in every way (especially don't change). Nothing to say about the cleanliness, the decor, the storage, the calm, the towels, the bathrobes and especially the toilets with the small integrated jet, excellent in short😂, to say that everything was great.

Very nice discovery. Welcoming hosts and always available. Very nice attention by offering us a bottle of vintage champagne. Nickel apartment and very well arranged. For Harry Potter lovers... go for it! Everything is thoughtfully designed to fit the theme and create a truly immersive movie night. We rented the first Harry to be even more in the theme. Well done on the decoration, it was great!! 2 small downsides: the Harry Potter-themed room is opposite the 50 Shades of Grey-themed room... the hallway and common areas are between these two rooms and given the heat in the rooms, we leave all the windows open, so everything can be heard... it's very embarrassing especially when you come, like us, with a child. 2nd small downside, the common garden overlooks the kitchen and it is not possible to close the shutters and open the windows so everyone can see us. Apart from these two points, it was great, we have already talked about it around us. Thanks
