In the heart of Limagne and at the crossroads of the Auvergne volcanoes, the cottage is located in a quiet hamlet close to the Allier River and all amenities. 30 minutes away: Clermont-Fd, Château Royal de Randan, Les Thermes de Vichy, Thiers, capital of cutlery, Riom, city of art and history, Maringues, Cité des Tanneurs, Lezoux, Cité des Potiers, Ambert and Moulin Richard de Bas. But also less than an hour from the chain of Puys, Vulcania Park....

The small paddock

Enjoy a unique escape in the heart of our racehorse training center, with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This 50 sqm cocoon, fully renovated in 2023, blends charm and comfort: queen-size bed, single bed on the mezzanine, and a high-end sofa bed. Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.

A real cocoon, our house will be perfect for your stay for up to 8 people. 1000 m2 fenced and wooded garden, without facing the garden table. Large dining room and cozy living room for social evenings. Fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom with shower and double sink. Only 30 minutes from Vichy, Thiers, Clermont-Ferrand and Riom. Essential shops in Maringues (4 km) and Ennezat (18 km) with a large supermarket, pharmacy and other useful services.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
