Chadrat is located in the countryside close to various lakes, forests and volcanoes, offering the possibility of hiking, water sports, and bike rides. Access to the accommodation through a common courtyard then go through the bridge. The house is 80 m2 and sleeps 4 people It consists of: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140/190), a living room of 37 m2, a bathroom and a storage room.

Atypical quiet accommodation in the heart of Auvergne, refurbished near the castle. You will find something to enjoy 20 minutes from C. Ferrand, 45 minutes from Super-Besse, 30 minutes from Puy de Dôme... The studio is located south of Clermont Ferrand, 5 min from the A75, 10 min from the Zenith and 45 min from the slopes of Super Besse. You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex of our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you will have access to the pool.

It is located on the 2nd floor, above another apartment inhabited by my daughter and her small family (so no parties possible) You will be at home here in a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park (hiking, skiing and lakes) and close to Clermont-Ferrand. You have access to the shared garden.
