Chadrat is located in the countryside close to various lakes, forests and volcanoes, offering the possibility of hiking, water sports, and bike rides. Access to the accommodation through a common courtyard then go through the bridge. The house is 80 m2 and sleeps 4 people It consists of: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140/190), a living room of 37 m2, a bathroom and a storage room.

The highlight of this house is undoubtedly its pretty patio, enclosed by walls, and its lovely terrace where you can relax in the open air, enjoy a morning coffee or share dinner under the stars.

The studio is located south of Clermont Ferrand, 5 min from the A75, 10 min from the Zenith and 45 min from the slopes of Super Besse. You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex of our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you will have access to the pool.

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.
