You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex of our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you will have access to the pool.

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.
