From the accommodation, you can walk to the center of the castle town, such as Usuki Castle Ruins, Hachimachi Oji, and Nioza Historical Road, in about 10 minutes. You can also enjoy a stroll while feeling the history and local cuisine. Nearby areas include Sagaseki-cho, famous for its horse mackerel and mackerel, Tsukumi, where you can eat kabosu, amberjack, and Bungo tuna, and Saiki, famous for its seafood, all easily accessible by car or train. You can also take a day trip to Shikoku by ferry. 　 The accommodation has a full kitchen, and you can buy ingredients at multiple supermarkets in about 10 minutes by car to the Usuki Interchange. It is located in a summer resort villa area at an altitude of 900 m. There is only one group per day, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about your children. Enjoy the view from the cottage overlooking the Kuju mountain range, the sounds of various birds, and the stars and moonlight sparkling in the night sky. You can easily experience villa life. This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places nearby where you can eat out at night, so you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.We can provide a complete BBQ kit (charcoal, grill grate, etc.) for ¥2,500.Bring your own free of charge.Please bring your own groceries. The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.
