Monthly Rentals in Saigon River

The place was great overall. Away from the boulevard so very quiet. It's not a problem as long as we respond to the client's request but I never knew who I was messaging, sometimes it was Tuan, sometimes his sister, sometimes another member of his family... but they found a solution or an answer to my questions without difficulty👍. there's just one bad point: the mechanism to automatically fill the toilet flush was almost completely clogged by limestone, but fortunately in Vietnam there is always a water gun with the toilet, so I manually filled the water tank in 40 seconds with the water gun right next door. between the accommodation and the owner everything went smoothly during my month of stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

An amazing stay – highly recommended! Zaid was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication was clear, friendly, and prompt, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I've been to Thao's places multiples times and this time was as great as before. Thao and her family are the best hosts ever. The apartment is spacious, cozy, super clean, has a great kitchen and comfy bed, nice shower and the neighborhood is super quiet (during the night and also during the day), but close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect place to stay in Thao Dien. I hope I can stay again here in the future. Totally recommended.
