Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Ce chalet moderne au style unique vous permet de passer un WE ou des vacances au calme avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Mont Ventoux et sur la vallée. Le jaccuzi privé se trouve à l'arrière du chalet, dans la forêt et la petite piscine de rafraichissement se situe sur la terrasse de 50m2 coté sud. Un havre de paix, dans un écrin de nature comme on en trouve rarement. Je jardin est clôturé.
