There is private parking inside and is accessed via a steep path. Very quiet area The farm has two buildings joined by a garden. The first construction is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with barbecue. The other construction is a comfortable house with one bedroom, with double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small Office very well equipped with microwave, glass, sink, crockery and everything you need, etc.. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. We advise and help in everything that is necessary. At 500 meters above the sea, the neighborhood of La Florida is a beautiful rural area, starting point of numerous trails of the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its millennial Drago. Unfortunately, we don't have A/C at the moment, but it's not necessary. We have a fan. It has a nice pool that is shared with the other three houses on the property. This comfortable house is very quiet although it is well connected, our guests praise the beautiful sunsets and enjoy the starry sky while having a wine on the terrace. We always offer our guests the most essential things for cooking such as spices, oil, salt and everything you need for a light breakfast or dinner as well as sheets and bath and beach towels. You can use the washing machine for free. We have Smart TV with satellite TV and Netflix We do our job with great affection, we love our job and we want you to feel at home, our best reward is that you enjoy your stay. The house has a large wooded plot in which there is a petanque court at your disposal, the terraces of the house and the solarium as well as its parking are private and free. We always welcome our guests with a nice surprise.
