We felt very comfortable in the clean, modern house and were able to relax wonderfully! The terrace is wonderful with a view of the mountains and not visible, so with absolute privacy. A small pool and deck chairs invite you to refresh and relax, simply wonderful! The occasional noise from the neighbouring construction site described hardly affected us. The contact with Charlotte was perfect, she was always available and the tips and restaurant suggestions were great. The bedroom on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom is relatively small, but clean and modern with a nice shower. The toilet is on the ground floor and not in the bathroom, but that did not bother us. The only thing we missed was a full-length mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is available, which works well and was absolutely necessary at temperatures above 30° in early June. The location is great, car necessary!

Sandrine was warm and very welcoming and has a superb villa. Always available for any questions. A dream house on a dream island where everyone would like to live, and once you land in Corsica it's hard to go back... idyllic setting. Breathtaking view and sunrise. Great pool. I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very caring. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Peaceful accommodation and away from the main road making this rental private and pleasant. The owner made himself available to our requests. I thank him. I recommend it to other travellers.

A very warm welcome, Jean Jacques is a caring person towards his guests, everything was impeccable. The villa is very beautiful, very modern, with a lot of taste. With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We had a great stay in this perfect house. Communication was friendly and professional – all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior is tasteful, high-quality and thought out to the last detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with great attention to detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was always available and supported us in everything - great! We fully recommend the house!!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for football and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! Equipment level everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

Beautiful and impeccable house! Jean Félix and Yohan are super responsive and super flexible for arrival and departure times! Small downside for the pool which had a start-up and cleaning problem, but we were still able to enjoy it! Beautiful geographical location to enjoy the quiet and the view of the mountains! This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view, so we were able to relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car, with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maud solved minor problems very quickly.

We had a great stay, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of interest and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very appreciable, special mention to the audio system which is very pleasant and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humoured person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very well and is available if needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on the places to visit, as well as on the good addresses of the area, which was very much appreciated. Thanks to Alexandra and Jean-Alexis for hosting us, our stay went extremely well. We easily explored the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica by leaving the house every morning. We particularly appreciated the garden which is a peaceful oasis. We enjoyed coming home in the evening to enjoy the outdoors, and we slept extremely well.
