This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Two bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Roof top Hot tub with privacy and bbq. Fireplace, fenced yard, artistic home with beautiful touches. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. 40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer.
