Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saginaw Bay

It was clean, quite, cozy set up, nice location. It also had a lovely deck in back to enjoy the outside. Quite a few amenities. It could have been a little warmer as far as the heating, but that's a personal preference. But there were plenty of warm blankets to make up the difference. Very nice short term getaway, and I only said short term because it doesn't have a stove and some of my stays are long term. But they do have some cooking accommodations, so all and all I was pleased, and I will be using their services again. I f you are in the Midland area, hit them up.

Great place, nice neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from all your needs and owner was timely respectful and responsive. Place was clean and comfortable and quiet. 100% would go back again.

A nice and clean space to stay in.

This is a very charming place! We originally wanted one of Shannon's other properties, but waited too long and it booked. Shannon then suggested her other locations and we picked this, so nice! In warmer months, would be a fairly easy walk to downtown where they're was plenty to do. The upstairs of the duplex was good for 4 of us girls and managed with the one, beautiful bathroom. Shannon was very responsive when messaging and would definitely stay here again!

This place is clean, cozy with lots of complimentary amenities. It was easy to find and close to downtown. We easily walked to the downtown area. We will definitely be coming back and staying here

We came to visit the area from out of town and had a wonderful time in Caseville as well as exploring some of the other towns in the Thumb. Danielle’s home is spacious and cozy at the same time. It was a perfect place to enjoy the beach and spend time with family.

Great spot and the host was flexible with our check in needs, would definitely stay here again.

What a great stay! Felt right at home and it had special touches and amenities to the house. It was a beautiful, peaceful place and with the beach being so close was just an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Don and Kristy have a gem! The house character by itself is amazing - a ton of history just looking at the house. The next layer of amazing is in the form of furnishings! The mid century breakfast table, end tables, living room clock, couches, and chairs are completely amazing! Super flexible on scheduling also - very responsive. I can't say how wonderful our stay was! The neighborhood was quiet and all well kept! Truly a gem!

A wonderful country side home. Live like a local. Great sunset views and peaceful nights. Home is comfortable after a busy day on the go.

We had a great 3 night stay and it seems we had everything we needed while there. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking and the place was extremely clean. The birds and squirrels were busy at the feeder and fun to watch. The trails were muddy in the afternoon but we expected that so we walked our dog in the morning and she loved it. Overall our stay was fantastic!

Very clean, nice place. Although there was an underlying musty smell in the living room. We opened windows while there which helped. Bathrooms and bed were very clean and I am a stickler for cleanliness. Would visit again, possibly in a different unit to avoid the damp smell.

Loved the location; not a lot to do locally, but Caseville, Bad Axe, and Port Austin were a very short, scenic, and serene drive away.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

This was our second time staying here in just over a month. We loved it again and will be back in the spring hopefully! Super convenient walking access to the center of downtown and we can’t wait to stay when the ice cream shop below is open in the summer. That will make it even better!

We loved this place! Beautiful, plenty of space, great location, bathrooms were nice and new, beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
