Stayed here 3 seperate times during a trip to see family and friends around Sydney. We booked to come back as we felt so at home, everything was so clean, great location, very comfortable beds/bedding and Dave was always a very responsive and helpful host. Check in is really easy with clear instructions. Hope to return next time I'm in Sydney!

Very clean and comfortable. With stove top, oven, and plenty of pots and pans it was easy to make meals in the accommodation. There was also a dishwasher, which is a treat. Shane was generous with the goodies that he left in the fridge and on the counter which made it welcoming. We had to park on the kerb, but since it is a cul-de-sac this is not too much of a problem. We would gladly stay again!

Nico's place was great and definitely would recommend. it's small but cozy and got everything you need. Nico's also the first Airbnb host to have reached out to me after checking out to ask how everything was. They seem to really put a lot of thoughts into this place. And reading some of the earlier reviews showed that they listen to suggestions to improve their place. Bed was super comfortable, and there are a few pillows to choose from. The place does get cold in winter because the insulation isn't great, but turning the heating up solves the problem, and once you get underneath the covers it's all cozy. I love how the sink is nice and large for such a small place. And upon my arrival Nico has been so thoughtful as to leave Shin Ramen! Tea, coffee, sugar, as well as milk and water in the fridge. The towels are worn but good quality and very clean. The bathroom also has everything and is very clean. Overall the place is great and you pretty much have all you need for you stay.
