The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

The Eaves is a stylish one bedroomed apartment in the sympathetically refurbished Georgian building on Horsemarket in central Darlington. There is also second small bedroom with sofa bed. The apartment overlooks High Row and the Victorian Covered Market with a wide variety of amenities immediately to hand. The Hippodrome Theatre is a 5 minute walk and the railway station is a 10 minute walk. Darlington is a vibrant market town and a perfect base for exploring surrounding countryside.

Pets : we are pet friendly too , our yard is secure for dogs and just two minutes away there’s a park to walk your dog .

Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.
