A refuge in the heart of the Cézallier, facing the Monts du Cantal and the vastness, where everything invites you to slow down: silence, light, wide open spaces. Perched at 1,200 metres in the alpine pastures, this exceptional cottage, a former building from the 1950s, is very comfortable. Carefully restored, the essentials have been preserved: light, space. Wherever you are in the house, the landscape is prominent. A bow window, a panoramic veranda and windows frame the landscape, clouds and variations in light. Here, we live with the outdoors.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Super Lioran ski resort 35 minutes away. Murat, Puy Mary, Bort-les-Orgues, Saint-Flour, Issoire, Besse-et-St-Anastaise, Brioude... within a maximum of 45 minutes. The Marché Tower

A charming house with a renovated tower with all comforts in 2024. The market tower is located in the center of the village of Allanche. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, butcher shop, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3-level bunk bed. There is also a baby bed on site. Come and relax in the heart of the Massif Central, nature and all summer activities await you.
