Holiday houses in Saco

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

La Pina was a peaceful oasis in the middle of the forest. Beautiful flowering trees and greenery all around. The sounds of the coqui at night echoed throughout the hillside. It is a lovely place to unwind. The place was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. No one was staying in the attached apartment, so we had a very quiet stay. Marta was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us a later check out due to the heavy rain on our last day. She shared great recommendations for the surrounding area. Although we didn't get to see too much of the grounds, wasn't sure where the animals were located, we found lots of lizards, coqui, and a variety of birds around the space. Loved the back patio with the gorgeous view. Kitchen was fully equipped. My 8 year old says "it was amazing!" I would definitely recommend Marta's place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, peaceful spot a bit off the beaten path, embedded in nature. Would return to this oasis in a heartbeat! 5 stars!

The photos do not do justice to this beautiful property or it’s surroundings. It is beautiful the porches and backyard are spacious. Carlos was very responsive with questions. He had the lights and air conditioners running when I came in which made it immediately comfortable. The coquis and birds sing. I heard owls and roosters. I got the whole experience of living in the country. It was amazing. I would rebook if I am in the area again.

Location felt very private and was beautiful to sit and watch the ocean in the morning, and the rain in the evening. Plenty of soaps, random sprays, items in the kitchen to aid in snacks, washing room, and the best part was the hosts. They brought me emergen - C, teas, and a lemon when I mentioned my throat hurt. They cut us some mangos from their tree when we said we liked mangos. They brought down their puppy for us to pet when we said we liked dogs. It seriously felt like meeting a relative from a different part of the world, the kindest warmest check in that really helped us feel at home.

My family had a great time here. Fit 13 people perfectly. The view from the house was stunning, at night you hear the coquis it was nice. They have enough towels. The pool was clean and our kids had such a blast! We absolutely loved it. Christopher always responded promptly. Would definitely book again.
