Apartment converted into a fully renovated 40m² studio. It's my own home, which I renovated with great care. I only rent it out at certain times when I go on a trip. It's 5 minutes from the train. There is a supermarket, restaurants, a bike path, a pharmacy and a laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the whole country. 4.5 km from the airport but without the noise. It is located on the 4th floor without a lift, and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro.
