Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Our house is made of wood, on the edge of a pine forest. The large main room of 80 m2 opens onto a magnificent terrace with a large heated swimming pool (commissioned in May). A fully equipped studio and a separate bedroom complete the three beautiful bedrooms of the main house. It is the ideal place to enjoy the ocean beaches (15 min by car), the shores of lakes (15 min by bike) and walks in the forest on foot or by bike next to the house.
